Your First Session

Upon your initial consultation, we will discuss your individual needs and establish goals. Every session is customizable to ensure your greatest benefit and help you reach your wellness goals. Conner currently offers services starting at 60 minutes up to 180 minutes based on your needs and preference. Services are divided into two categories: 'Table' and 'Mat'. 

All services are tailored to your needs and always kept within your comfort levels in order to help guide you towards feeling well. 

Sessions booked on the table typically work best for Traditional Therapeutic Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, and Myofascial Release. However, every session can include principles of other modalities based on the responses of your body, preference, and comfort levels. The use of lotion or oil is always for therapeutic assistance and is hypoallergenic. Essential oils can be diluted and combined with these lubricants upon request and if no known allergy. 

During services on the mat, you're are encouraged to wear sports attire or something loose fitting and comfortable as you are clothed throughout these services. Mat sessions are better suited for traditional Thai Massage, Facilitated Stretching, and PNF. These sessions are 'deep' full body resets. Sessions on the mat are not appropriate for the use of lotion or oil, however, topical applications (e.g. balms and salves) for localized pain control can be used upon request and allergy screening.

During your custom session(s), it is Conner's objective to help you reach your optimal wellness goals and be closer towards feeling whole and connected. Every technique and guidance is for your benefit. All sessions are curated out of respect, safety, compassion, and gentleness. 

All sessions will be performed in accordance with the law in effort to provide the most effective outcomes. Upon consultation and intake process, you will read and acknowledge terms of service. 

Services begin following concierge setup and brief consultation on the day of your session. Conner arrives 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time so that equipment can be setup. Please know that setup time is approximately 10 minutes.
