During your initial consultation, we will take time to discuss your individual needs and establish your wellness goals. Each session is thoughtfully customized to support your comfort, preferences, and overall benefit. Services are offered in two formats: Table and Mat, with session length based on the type of service selected.

Table sessions are typically best for Traditional Therapeutic Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, and Myofascial Release, although other modalities may be incorporated as appropriate based on your body’s response and comfort. Lotion or oil is used only for therapeutic purposes and is hypoallergenic. Essential oils may be added upon request, provided there are no known allergies or sensitivities.

Mat sessions are well suited for Traditional Thai Massage, Facilitated Stretching, and PNF. These are clothed, full-body sessions, so sportswear or loose, comfortable clothing is recommended. Mat sessions do not include lotion or oil, though topical balms or salves may be used upon request for localized pain support, following allergy screening.

Services begin following concierge setup and a brief consultation on the day of your session. Conner arrives 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time to allow for equipment setup, which typically takes approximately 10 minutes.

Each custom session is designed to support your wellness goals and help you feel more balanced, connected, and cared for. All services are provided with respect, safety, compassion, and gentleness, in accordance with the law. During the consultation and intake process, you will review and acknowledge the terms of service.
