All services offered by Conner, including bodywork, meditation, hypnosis, and Reiki, are intended to support wellness, relaxation, and healthy living. 

While some bodywork services may involve techniques with an interventional quality, they are offered as complementary support and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition. These services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. If you have any medical or mental health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.

Clients are encouraged to communicate openly during sessions regarding comfort level, pressure preferences, and any changes in health status that may affect service delivery. Clients are responsible for informing Conner of any pain, discomfort, injuries, medical conditions, or other concerns prior to and during each session. Services may be adjusted or discontinued at any time to support client comfort and safety.

Professional services are provided in a respectful, therapeutic environment. Inappropriate conduct, including harassment, threatening language or behavior, sexual advances or requests, or disrespectful actions, will result in immediate termination of services.

A cancellation fee applies to late cancellations. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a fee of 80% of the scheduled service cost. Concierge services canceled with less than 6 hours’ notice are subject to a fee of 100% of the scheduled service cost, including any predetermined mileage fee.
